Almost 300 people have been arrested so far while protesting the Republican National Convention in Minnesota. Thousands of people showed up to protest the convention in Saint Paul, and police say a group of almost 200 protesters turned violent Monday afternoon smashing windows and throwing trash cans in the street. Police arrested at least 284 people, most of them are facing misdemeanor charges. More protests are expected Tuesday as the convention continues.
